All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Each Kissa piece is carefully handmade and inspected before shipping. Because of the nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fromkissa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
